Mooikloof Glen Embodies

Large stands to utilise & promote secure open spaces for an elegant outdoor lifestyle

Mooikloof Glen is an upmarket country estate in the fashionable east of Pretoria, adjoining and overlooking the original Mooikloof and The Hills estates.

The roads are all paved with kerbing and have streetlights. Mooikloof Glen represents a high quality, peaceful, safe and harmonious lifestyle.

High priority

To this effect, the Estate is secured by an electric fence on the perimeter wall, monitored by a Security Company, who also provides 24-hour manned access control and patrolling guards within and around the Estate.

The Estate has a communal clubhouse with a large lounge and entertainment area suitable for up to 50 people, a swimming pool, tennis court, a fully-equipped gym and spacious garden.

Spacious & tranquil

All 96 stands in Mooikloof Glen are 8500 m2 and larger, contributing to the spaciousness, privacy, tranquility and nature-loving style of country living that the Estate offers. All stands are fully serviced with municipal water, 3-phase electricity and refuse removal.

Mooikloof Glen is a place of safety and protection and a home to a happy, prosperous and healthy community. Security within the Estate is managed hands-on as a high priority.

Bio-metric access

A bio-metric access control system ensures convenience and security of access to residents, visitors and contractors alike. An alarm monitoring and rapid response service from the Security Company is also available to every residence in the Estate.

Private functions

The clubhouse is open for use by all residents, and can also be booked for private functions such as birthday parties and year-end functions.

Meet our Directors for 2022/2023

The Mooikloof Glen Home Owners Association is actively managed by its elected Board of Directors who strives to ensure that the Estate Rules and Regulations are applied and managed with due care, circumspection and discretion in the best interest of the Mooikloof Glen community and enforced with the necessary due process when required.
